Technical Specifications Rep

My Client in the Retail Industry, based in Gauteng is urgently looking for a TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
 Liason between Specilink, Sales Reps, Developers and Contractors  Follow up on all possible job specifications from planning through to order. Keep specification concepts up to date with products for the different types of developments. (Templates)  Liase with Specilink, QS, Architechts and Developers to ensure that all possible products are specified and the correct product is specified for the application required.  Draw up product specifications as / when required.  Liase with sales reps to ensure that the contractor/plumber purchases was specified.  Liase with sales reps re possible sales through merchants.  Give monthly forecasts on products that will be required for upcoming projects, 6 months in advance.  Weekly and monthly reports to management re progress and failures, with reasons.  Pricing of BOQ’s as required – to be done in liason with the merchant REMUNERATION PACKAGE  Basic Salary R15000.00 Company Motor Vehicle  Petrol Card – Limited to Business use with logbook  Bonus Scheme
OTHER TOOLS  Company cell phone limited to R 1,500 per month for company use only  A laptop computer will be provided if you do not have one  A tablet will be provided
