- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in a Managed IT Services business.
- Great English speaking, reading, and writing skills with brilliant communication and the ability to explain complex technology in a way that our clients easily understand.
- Ambition and an eagerness to learn and improve yourself
- Enabling our clients IT to perform at its best
- Maintaining a schedule of recurring service calls (remote or onsite), during which youll build relationships and gain a thorough understanding of our clients technology needs
- Providing exceptional technical support
- Problem-solving and getting to the root-cause of client issues
- Focusing on Contract Efficiency through Technical Excellence
- Identifying risks and escalating client issues to the Service Delivery Manager or Account Manager
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in a Managed IT Services business.
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing with brilliant communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a way that our clients easily understand.
- Ambition and an eagerness to learn and improve yourself
- 3+ Years of IT Support experience
- 2+ Years of Microsoft echo system implementation, administration, and support
- Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications is a bonus
- Experience with Autotask, Nable and IT Glue is a bonus
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Experience troubleshooting environments with Microsoft Desktop and MAC Operating Systems
- Experience with troubleshooting networks - LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP
- Brilliant with a support ticketing system and beating SLA targets
