As the Technical Support Manager, you will manage technological changes, business SLAs, and meeting business expectations. You will review and document business processes and interfaces, identifying where changes or additions are necessary to support the process. You will also be responsible for compiling, performing, and reviewing staff training where applicable.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Customer Support.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Managing Systems.
Minimum experience in the Travel industry.
Knowledge of Data Analysis, and AGM / Netsuite.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
