The individual will ensure that there is continue communication between Nestle Professional and any 3rd party Technical Service Provider to SLA's as stipulated in service contract. Manage the pro-active dissemination of TA knowledge across NPs organization to improve and optimize operational proficiency across NP functions. Drive and maintain all tickets in C4C's by NP staff and 3rd party technical service provider to achieve continuous improvements in all aspects of service levels
A day in the life of an NP Technical Manager:
Technical:
- Manage technical reliability of Trade Assets through clear technical standards and functionalities to obtain customer and consumer satisfaction in ESAR
- Manage Technical continuous improvement of Trade assets
- Manage 3rd Party Technical Services, Operators & BSP's
- Evaluate technical / repair conditions of Nestl Trade Assets (TA), at site and in workshop
- Assess, recommend, and provide the necessary technical training to 3rd party service providers and Operators to ensure full competency.
- Monitor new and existing equipment and spare parts stock levels to avoid out of stock situations.
- Manage Technical Service Providers to ensure best service at acceptable costs
- Assist Marketing on any required technical requirement on maintenance/trialing on NP equipment
- Compliance guardian of Trade Assets to comply with Local Regulations
- Environmental Destruction of Trade Assets via Approved Service Providers
- Quality and Food Safety of all NP Products and Trade Assets
- Assist with on time launch of NP projects
- Assist with 60/40+ and NHW
- Basic Quality and hygiene training for staff, operators and customers
- Specialized Technical training for technical staff and third-party service providers
- Training and ensure that all Global Performance Assessment (GPA Audits) are captured on C4C
- Ensure that an efficient audit system is in place to obtains expected results from NP Technical Service Providers, Suppliers, Third party warehouses and distributors in ESAR (Where applicable)
- Update C4C audits when required
- 4 - 5 years beverage dispenser and/or vending business experience with 3 5 years experience leading a team
- Must have a drivers license
- Ability to train people
- Understands machines technically and ability to troubleshoot
- Need to have appliance background or coffee machines
- Degree/Diploma in Electro- Mechanical Engineering or related qualifications
