Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure that all client bookings are attended to within the agreed upon time slot.
- To establish rapport with the client and so working towards client satisfaction.
- To conduct all pre and post inspections in line with department/branch requirements.
- To ensure compliance to the relevant legislation such as Health and Safety Act and Workmen's compensation Act at all times.
- To ensure compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all Company Policies and Procedures. Request training from the HR Team if there are any concerns.
- To complete any administrative tasks as requested by management and make use of the various systems required by the company.
- To install, repair and service all units and company approved products in line with company policies and procedures.
- To ensure strict compliance of Departmental and Company Policies, Procedures and SOP's.
- To complete any other task or duty management may reasonably expect of you.
- Grade 11/Standard 9
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as Technician in Tracking industry
- Valid Drivers' License
