Purpose of the role: To coordinate and provide administrative support to technical, sales and administration teams, on technical information specification to voice, data and security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Loading of deals on Albetross & Porta
- Loading of contract on ANTHENA
- Submit porting requests to ECN and coordinate with service departments for installations
- Telkom liaison
- Monthly billing of voice and data
- Send applications of new connections to suppliers
- Ensure that all backup documentation required for applications is received
- Follow up on all requests to ensure we remain within timelines for installations
- Send warranty and repair stock to suppliers
- Follow up on repairs and make sure clients are accordingly invoiced
- Maintenance and installation stock allocation
- Liaise with warehouse & contracts department with regards to demo accounts
- Ad-hoc duties
- Provide installation updates to the sales and contract department
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills to understand customers queries/ issues
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
