Technology Administrator – Smart Solutions

Our client, South Africa's pioneering company within the office automation industry is looking for a showstopper to join their team.

Purpose of the role: To coordinate and provide administrative support to technical, sales and administration teams, on technical information specification to voice, data and security solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Loading of deals on Albetross & Porta
  • Loading of contract on ANTHENA
  • Submit porting requests to ECN and coordinate with service departments for installations
  • Telkom liaison
  • Monthly billing of voice and data
  • Send applications of new connections to suppliers
  • Ensure that all backup documentation required for applications is received
  • Follow up on all requests to ensure we remain within timelines for installations
  • Send warranty and repair stock to suppliers
  • Follow up on repairs and make sure clients are accordingly invoiced
  • Maintenance and installation stock allocation
  • Liaise with warehouse & contracts department with regards to demo accounts
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Provide installation updates to the sales and contract department
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years administration experience
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
