OUTPUTS
- Directly responsible to start-up and shutdown lines, and keep the lines running by attending to faults and breakdowns in designated areas
- Responsible to conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions in case of machinery failure and quality deviations
- Responsible for executing planned and corrective maintenance according to prescribed processes & responsible for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and implementing actions
- Ensure compliance to established processes and responsible for updating records and documentation on the lines
- Responsible for ensuring availability of critical on-line spares and modular units & responsible for overseeing equipment cleaning activities
- Undertake and manage any requested specialised projects and installation work
- Responsible for continuous improvement within area of responsibility
- To operate automatic equipment and maintain all production equipment to ensure achievement of SQDCM targets in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Windows (XP and 7)
- Sound PLC and Middleware skills-preferably Siemens S7
- Sound Manufacturing / Product knowledge
- Willingness to work a 3 shift model
- Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function.
- Leadership behaviours as per LEAD
EXPERIENCE
- 3 yrs experience in Paint Shop or process environment
- PLC and middle ware programming experience
- Strong knowledge of Frequency Drives
- Fault finding and working with complex electrical systems
