Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Design and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences for web and mobile applications using industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in interaction design and user experience.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as an Interaction Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role within the technology industry.
- Experience in the airline or retail industry
- Past experience working with well know global brands is a plus
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
