To provide support and reception services to the Hospital

Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION: Post Grade 12 qualification in Office Administration, or similar
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in a receptionist role

- Professional style of communication, applicable to both external and internal clients
- Telephone etiquette principles
- Proficiency in English

- Switchboard systems and operations
