Looking for tele sales agent (events & conferences) in Randburg, Johannesburg.
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Likeable personality
- Excellent administrative skills
- Logical thinker
- Relentless attitude
- Ability to work on excel and Microsoft word
- Ability to close deals/sales
- Prior telesales experience will be beneficial
- Fluently bilingual (French + English) will be benefical, but NOT a must
Job responsibilties:
- Call potential clients (database to be provided) to secure conferences tickets sales and attendance.
- Coordinate and secure in-house trainings/workshops with prospective clients.
- Write weekly sales and interactions reports.
- Call clients to remind or advise on payments.
