Our client requires the service of a telesales clerk to sell and market products and services to new and existing customers through telephonic contact.
Job responsibilities:
- To sell media/stationery
- Establish and maintain contact with customers
- To educate customers on company products
- Update client information
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail/stationery environment
- Must have telesales experience
- Computer literacy - MS Office, especially Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Good telephone skills
- Good interpersonal skills
