Telesales Consultant
Min Requirements:
Some of the responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Promote the sale effectively and efficiently to customers in the Sales Team
Update CRM to ensure customer understanding and allow proactive marketing
Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer
Generate interest in active products, Keep customers informed of new product development
Present self in a well informed and articulate manner via the telephone
Work in a team environment
Deal with all customer related queries
Prospect for new customers and develop under-performing customers
Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes, orders, and information given.
Answer customer queries, offer product information-do quotes and process orders
Consult with clients and potential clients
Ensure customer expectations are met, not only regarding order taking, but on smooth delivery as well
Provide after sales support
Increase overall customer satisfaction of new and existing customer base in order to be effective in solving challenges that arise, and need to be solved for the customer.
Be able to organize one s time effectively, with the purpose of completing today s work today.
