Our company is looking for a responsible and honest person as telesales consultant to assist our current and growing client base.
Working Hours: 8am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Job responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner (telephonically and via email).
- Handle objections from client and deal with rejections.
- Setting up appointments for a sales consultant.
- Processing sales and updating customer information on CRM system.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge in order to provide accurate information to our customers.
- Keeping up to date with and being familiar with all products offered by Rise SA including changes (updates), before it is rolled out to customers.
- Completion and submission of daily and/or periodic customer and management report.
- Ensure reports are sent to the relevant parties before required deadline.
Job requirements:
- Previous direct sales and cold calling experience advantageous.
- Keen interest in IT and Software development.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Afrikaans.
- Accurate and efficient work ethic.
- Available to start immediately.
