Job requirements:

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Proven telesales experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Cold calling experience is a primary requirement

- We will only consider candidates who meet the above requirements with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an outbound sales environment with cold calling experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Build market position by defining, negotiating and closing deals
- An thorough understanding of the insurance market as well as value added product offerings
- An understanding around customer insights
- Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective clients through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calling, networking and referrals
- Leverage the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios
- Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride and quality workmanship
