Telesales Order Clerk
We seek a professional and well-spoken individual to assist with the day to day order processing and administration.
Main Duties Include:
Calling on existing clients to follow up on new orders
Providing excellent client service
Managing and building relationships with existing clients
Processing of orders
Ensuring all orders and deliveries on running smoothly
Dealing with client queries
Assisting Sales Manager
Working towards Branch Sales Budget and ensuring the order target is met
Sales reporting
Following up and generating of leads
General office administration
Assist with packaging and other general office support
Requirements:
Matric is essential
At least 2 years relevant experience
Must have an excellent telephone manner
Be professional and well spoken
Must have good interpersonal skills and relate well with people
Ideally have own reliable transport
