Job requirements:
- We are looking for people that have the desire to succeed, that want to learn and also have the ability to take on board new knowledge and use it to their advantage.
- They have invested a lot in a well-structured and inspiring 8 week training program that will set you on track to success.
- This is a fast paced telesales position so some telesales experience is an advantage but they are so confident about their training program that people from any background will be considered as long as you have a good telephone manner and the right “Can Do” attitude then you will thrive in this environment.
- There is a full relocation package on offer which includes your flights, accommodation and a basic weekly wage of 2,500 R which runs alongside the 8 week training program but where you make your money is from the extremely generous commission structure….. Realistic OTE for the first year is 75,000R per month with potential to double 2nd year and beyond.
