Job Description
- Matric
- 1 - 2 years experience in an outbound sales contact center
- Proven track record in a sales/retentions position.
- Must be flexible to work/be available on weekends & after hours if necessary
- Must be flexible to working different shift times if necessary
- Contacting leads received by Telesure within 15 Minutes
- Concluding telephonic sales contracts
- Arranging for installation of the tracking device within 5-7 working days
- Actioning Non-Wip leads and marking leads as lost
- Maintaining a conversion rate of 80%
- Achieving +90% on monthly fitment target of 350 new installations
- Achieving 100% quality/compliance
- Daily contracting target of +20 clients
- Excellent customer services
- Microsoft office package
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excellent administrative skills and communication skills
- Able to work and perform under a very pressurized environment
- Target driven
- Calling outstanding leads on a daily basis
- Flexible shifts when required
- Ability to sell over the phone
- Ability to communicated professionally and maintain a good relationship with our business partners
- System knowledge of CRM
- Multilingual
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
