Telesales Associate Department
Location: Remote
Reports to: Enterprise Engagement Lead
Hours of work: 5 days per week (Monday through Friday), 9am to 5pm
Primary Responsibilities Make outbound telephone calls to potential new customers with the goal of booking 'discovery calls'; for the Sales Director and/or Enterprise Engagement Lead within company
Achieve monthly minimum standard of performance targets based on number of discovery calls booked.
Update internal CRM systems with accurate call notes, (following each call as agreed with Enterprise Engagement Lead)
Follow a qualifying process for each prospective customer before booking a discovery call Report results and findings back to Enterprise Engagement Lead, and capture learning points, objections and new information accrued on the calls
Follow the business strategy to achieve high-quality discovery call
