Mango5 is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in front office management, assistance to directors, office management, admin, event planning, information security, and receptionist duties.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone and directing them accordingly.
- Manage the reception area and ensure that it reflects the high standards of the company.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist directors with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Organize and plan office events and functions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain an accurate record of office supplies, ensuring they are replenished when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, and filing.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of information security policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
