Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the relevant departments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it represents our company's standards
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Available to work on short notice for the specified duration
