REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
• Conduct quarterly distributors functions and attend to distributor complaints
• Generate monthly action plans for achieving market growth.
• Coaching and monitoring the performance of Sales Representatives weekly and monthly.
• Track territory sales volumes versus budget/ targets per area on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure that stock rotation is checked at outlets daily
• Check and track Distributors sales volumes daily
• Monitor orders placed for outlets daily
• Day to day management of operations at own territory
• Responsible for controlling promotional beer
• Monitor distribution of stock from brewery to own depot and to market daily
• Check and monitor DSP route norms daily
• Supply D/GM: Sales with weekly and monthly action plans
• Set budgets – Retail Sales Representatives, Depots, DSP’s and Customers
• Control monthly incentives to distributors
• Communicate regularly with management to ensure effectiveness of sales operations
