• In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge
• Practical experience in test case design, test planning, and test execution
• Ability to coordinate business counterparts, IT counterparts & other testers
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day issues throughout the test process
• Influential and articulate communication skills
• Strong IT knowledge and practical experience, particularly in SAP Finance (FICO front-end user experience) and TOSCA (critical!)
• Agile methodology experience
• Flexibility for international travel (planned and unplanned)
• Strong business acumen & financial accounting background

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• German speaking (plus but not a necessity)
• SAP Finance back-end/programming experience (plus, not a necessity)

Qualifications/Experience

• BCOM in either Accounting and/or Information Systems (minimum)
• ISTQB certification
• Tricentis Tosca certification
• 2+ years experience in business analysis and test management

Role And Responsibilities

• Run tests, create and maintain test scripts, and identify and document bugs
• Document and continuously update the test automation process
• Analyze test processes and select appropriate test cases for automation
• Mitigate manual test cases to automated test cases
• Document & maintain automated test cases continuously
• Gather test data from respective business departments and define requirements for DevOps data extractors
• Execute manual and automated test cases within Sub-Products, analyze test protocols, and define relevant actions
• Assist in training other team members in test automation
• Participate in test planning, support the test manager & other Sub-Product team members with automated test cases
• Support the test manager by coordinating test automation with other Products or Sub-Products
• Work experience within accounting and finance integration
