You will be working with a collaborative team across multiple countries, supporting key stakeholders and providing support for local and global ATS improvements and projects where required.

- Assist with on-boarding of new employees on ICIMS.
- Pro-actively obtain ICIMS feedback from TAs, Hiring Managers and global stakeholders on a continuous basis.
- Assist with editing dashboards according to stakeholders reporting needs.
- Assist with job board projects including roll outs and integrations.
- Monitoring of Job Wrapping and job advertisements on all portals.
- Support the process of on-boarding and set up of new clients (Expleo countries), global integrations and roll outs for ICIMS modules.
- Support ICIMS improvements to support changes in business processes.

- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEO optimisation
- Experience in servicing demanding stakeholders
- Experienced in Excel reporting
- Experience in developing partnerships with the team and internal client and collaborating with others to meet client expectations
