DESCRIPTION:
The Globevest Group is looking for a young and vibrant Junior Site Administrator to manage various sites. This position will be based in Centurion; however, the successful applicant will be required to travel to various sites on a regular basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining employee records
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, etc.
- Provide HR related administrative support for clients
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Handling employee queries
- Regular contact with existing clients
- Client site visits on a regular basis
- Attending KPI meetings on client site
- Dealing with disciplinary matters related to the site, from start to finish and including CCMA matters
- Hiring and terminations
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave management, timesheet management, work schedules, payslips distribution, etc.)
- Matric
- Relevant HR related tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- 2 - 3 Years experience in a similar role
- HR Background
- CCMA knowledge and experience
- BCEA knowledge
- Drivers license + own vehicle
- Will be required to travel to various sites
- Strong and independent personality
- Ability to multitask
