Position Overview
To provide assistance to management on servicing new and existing clients by travelling to client sites and assist with their HR related matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and foster a positive work culture on client sites
- Provide guidance and support to and on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with Senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and client goals
- Organizing meetings and take minutes where necessary
- Assisting higher level HR staff with the hiring process when needed on clients request
- Providing administration assistance to clients on site for site visits
- Answering employee inquiries
- Coordination logistics for new hire orientations
- Providing assistance with leave management for clients
- Working in co-operation with management to service clients on site and virtually.
- Managing management calendars
- Scheduling of training where so needed for clients.
- Adhoc services that might be assigned from time to time.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate integrity, independent thinking judgement and respect for others
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must have own car will be seeing clients on regular basis (travel will be reimbursed)
- Qualifications: National Senior certificate as well as Diploma in HR management
- 2 - 3 years experience in similar role
