Purpose of the role
To gain exposure in franchise-related functions and gain practical experience in lease management and franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand, interpret, and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance.
- Handle and resolve franchise queries.
- Provide guidance on lease-related matters.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to leases and franchise agreements.
- Prepare reports and summaries on lease performance, issues, and franchise queries.
- Ensure all franchise operations adhere to legal and contractual obligations.
- Provide general administrative support to the franchise management team
- Recently graduated or completed a degree in Business Management, Legal/Law, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lease agreements and their interpretation.
- Understand roles and responsibilities of Landlord, business and franchise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
