Franchise Management Intern

Our client is looking to appoint a Franchise Management Intern for 12 months to join their dynamic team.

Purpose of the role

To gain exposure in franchise-related functions and gain practical experience in lease management and franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand, interpret, and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Handle and resolve franchise queries.
  • Provide guidance on lease-related matters.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to leases and franchise agreements.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on lease performance, issues, and franchise queries.
  • Ensure all franchise operations adhere to legal and contractual obligations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the franchise management team
Requirements
  • Recently graduated or completed a degree in Business Management, Legal/Law, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with lease agreements and their interpretation.
  • Understand roles and responsibilities of Landlord, business and franchise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Consistent academic excellence.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, self- motivated and self-managed.
  • Creativity, proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
