As a Time and attendance clerk based at head office, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Enrol/terminate employees on time and attendance software
- Managing and resolving exceptions on time and attendance
- Monitor daily clocking error reports
- Overtime capturing
- Daily absence reports
- Early leavers and late starters report
- Access granting to employees
- General filling
- Shift clearance and scheduling
- Checking turnstile defect and report them in time
- Coordinating salary queries
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- 3 years experience as a time and attendance clerk for a staff compliment of 800 plus
- Previous experience processing time and attendance for off-site staff
- Experience working on Time and attendance software ie. XTime, biometrics
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Sound knowledge of the Basic conditions of employment act
