Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in the Staffing or Recruitment industry, preferably in the blue collar space.
- Must have worked with clients in the Hospitality, warehousing or retail space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulations (a plus)
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring the successful placement of temporary staffing candidates.
- Managing client accounts, understanding their staffing needs, and working collaboratively with the recruitment team to match candidates to client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client staffing needs and proactively provide staffing solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Candidate Management:
- Source and screen temporary staffing candidates to match client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
- Oversee the onboarding process for temporary staff.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients about our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and match candidates to open positions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate placements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all staffing processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on Labour Laws and Industry Regulations.
