Tour consultant is required for a Chinese Tourism company based in Cape Town CBD.
Job requirements:
- Must be between the ages of 19 - 22
- Demonstrate good communication skills and customer care
- Have excellent time management
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Must be MS Office efficient
- Must be computer literate
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 16:00pm
- Training will be provided
Job responsibilities:
- Creating Itineraries on our system
- Making bookings for activities as per itinerary
- Manage groups on tour and handle any queries during the tour
- Capturing important data after groups has departed
