Tour operator is needed for asian market.
Job requirements:
- Start date: 2 January 2018
- Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00am - 16:00pm
- Proficient in MS Office
- Telephone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good time management
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for availability and rates
- Must be between the ages of 20 - 25 years
- Training will be provided
Job responsibilities:
- Creating Itineraries according to the Group Costing
- Making relevant bookings requested by clients
- Ensuring that the Group is ready for the Tour Guide
- Respond to written requests and provide written confirmations
- Ensure confirmation of services with suppliers
- Maintain contact with tour guides throughout tour
- Manage client complaints and emergencies
