Purpose Of The Job

To effectively and efficiently manage the daily trade & rebalance process to ensure accurate cash management and portfolio monitoring and breach correction. To assist and support the Implementations Team with Implementations. To manage the delivery of high quality services to clients, building effective relationships with internal teams and to promote a culture of high performance, innovation, ambition and continuous improvement within Investment Operations. The successful incumbent will report to the Senior Manager Portfolio Administration the Investment Administration area

  • Bachelors Degree (3 years - 360 credits)
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assist the Implementations Team.
  • Implement rebalance instructions.
  • Complete the daily trade & rebalance process.
  • Perform the rebalance calculations.
  • Resolving trading queries with administrators Maitland.
  • Performing Cash Management function that entails coordinating and Preparing Asset Managers.
  • Support and guide the trade & rebalance team.
  • Provide support to the senior management.
  • Ensure day to day dealing with Maitland is completed accurately and timeously.
  • Management of the daily NAV queries from a trading perspective.
  • Building effective relationships with internal teams such as platform and the Investment Team.
  • Assist and support with the Private Market Valuation process.
  • Ensure the automation of the reporting due by the team.
