The Role:
We are looking for a Training Administrator to provide day-to-day support in enrolling students to various courses, managing invoices and payment of subscriptions to professional bodies, as key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll students to professional courses basis existing process, to specific timelines;
- Maintain trackers and training reports for easy and readily available information on professional training progress by employee, by business and by jurisdiction;
- Make bookings locally and globally for Learning & Development matters;
- Assist the Learning and Development Team to organise any local and global training;
- Track for exam attendance, completion, success rates for all professional courses in which staff are enrolled to;
- Maintain a tracker for professional subscription payments by staff, and also support the processing of payments of the same;
- Liaise closely with the Accounts Payable team to track for vendor invoice payments, employee claims to facilitate timely processing of the same.
- Prepare attendance sheet for training and filing of same;
- Update training KPI on a monthly basis and;
- Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma;
- Must have minimum 6 months experience;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel);
- Conscientious of deadlines and able to deliver to the same;
- Good written and spoken communications skills;
- Able to work under pressure and;
- Well organised and a track record of working to tight deadlines.
