Responsibilities
- Engage daily with DHA branches for any needs or issues.
- Manage requests for IRE demonstrations, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
- Arrange and execute IRE training sessions for DHA Staff.
- Regularly communicate new IRE services and procedures to DHA Staff.
- Foster strong relationships with DHA Staff and IT department.
- Train and support other consultants when necessary.
- Maintain and submit accurate activity reports, training evaluation forms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Troubleshoot any IRE issues at DHA branches.
- Assist with new product rollouts, including installations and training on new versions.
- Investigate, address, and resolve site reconciliation issues, POS transaction problems, and day-end or shift opening challenges.
- Record all issues on the Heat tracking system.
- Ensure all relevant sites receive adequate assistance and that day-end processes are successful.
- Provide all required supporting documents on time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a training and support consultant.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and functionalities.
- Proficient in explaining complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- In-depth knowledge in handling Windows Operating Systems.
- Exceptional presentation and training skills.
- Experience with Oracle Databases and writing SQL queries.
