We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Training Consultant to join our team and drive our company's growth through new business acquisition. As a Sales consultant Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting potential clients into long-term business partnerships. This role requires a strong aptitude for consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. You will also be required to train the client through demos and presentaitions outlining the recruitment software.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Identify Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Consultative Selling:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and pain points.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Develop a network of referral sources to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
- Training
- Conduct training demos with prospevtive clients, teaching them about the benifits of the software
- Provide onboarding for new clients, assist them with queries and answer qauestions related to the software
- Liaze with backend support on any trouble shooting issues that clients may be experiencing with the software
- Matric
- Proven work experience in a sales or business development role (2 to 3 years).
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with market research and lead generation techniques.
