Job description
We are seeking to employ an experienced and well-organized Training Coordinator to join our energetic Training team in Pretoria.
The ideal candidate should be a team player as well as an individual performer with a keen eye for detail that is willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Qualifications in the ETD field will be beneficial.
- Computer-literacy.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Valid drivers license and own transport.
- Applicant must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Corresponding with clients and service providers.
- Booking of training.
- Compile and distribute training schedules.
- Updating of spreadsheets; Weekly planning/forecast, client database, training material etc.
- All administrative tasks associated with coordinating training (scanning and distribution of course material, preparation of documents to be uploaded to inhouse system, verifying information etc.)
- Maintain index/filing system for certificates.
- Tend to client enquiries.
- Support junior administrators.
- Taking of meeting minutes.
- Compile feedback reports.
- Report to National Training Manager(s).
- Any other reasonable task as directed by the employer.
