Main responsibilities of the position:
To drive the growth of the Training business in the country through the effective delivery of class-leading Training Operations. To implement and maintain training operations best practices, partnering with the Commercial training team to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Providing support to Internal and External Customers by undertaking the administrative and supervisory tasks required to ensure that the above is achieved profitably in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Consult staff and functions to ensure that the services they require are being provided to the right standards.
- Supervise all operations activities and staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards (see below).
- Oversee the opening and distribution of internal and external assignments and tasks.
- Supervise the provision of work to all operations staff.
- Provide required management information to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of the team.
- Lead the training operations team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively Manage Training Operations KPI's performance.
- Manage tutor delivery quality programme and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal function relationships, supporting a holistic training programme.
- Engage with training Global team for implementation for best practice adoption and maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance of tutor qualifications and support the Commercial department in identifying delivery solutions for new training sector opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams
- Bachelor's degree
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous
- Experience in working in a result-orientated position
- Experience in managing budgets and targets
- Business Management qualification preferable
- Strong administrative and planning skills
- Ability to work well within a Team
- Focused on exceptional Client service
