The CA@BCG programme is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of the exciting world of management consulting while completing your SAICA accreditation.
BCG offers a tailored 3 year CA programme, whilst gaining unrivalled top tier strategy consulting experience and expertise. Candidates who are successful in the process will receive a Business Analyst role and participate in BCGs CA programme.
As a BCG CA(SA) trainee you will:
- Work across key industries: BCG is one of the worlds leading management consulting firms working with South Africas most valuable companies that contribute significantly to the local economy
- Be part of a truly global firm: Join colleagues from our +70 world-wide offices through international training and transfer programmes
- Receive CA(SA) specific support and opportunities: In addition to fully funded board courses, you will receive first-hand experience in preparing financial statements and engage with external auditors during a secondment to local NGO
