Job Purpose

A Transport & Distribution coordinator is responsible for creations of shipment, tracking of shipments and cost calculations of shipments created.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of Shipments
• Tracking and Tracing of shipments
• Reporting on status of shipments
• Shipment cost calculations and transfers
• Spot quote requests and AF approval process
• Processing transport invoices with accounts payable

We Value

• A Ndip/Adv. Diploma/Bachelors degree in Logistics or Transport management
• Experience in ERP systems SAP
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Can work well under pressure.
• Must be good with time management.
• Can work independently and in a team.
