This role is key in providing outstanding support to both our Transport Providers (TP's) and customers within our German market so fluency in German is essential.
What youll be doing:
- Source and recruit new Transport Providers (TPs) for the German market
- Effectively onboard TPs and make sure they know how to use our portal and app to access, bid on and complete jobs
- Building trust-based relationships - keeping TP and customer satisfaction front of mind at all times and quickly and effectively problem solve issues
- Manage quotes and liaise with our transport providers to negotiate mutually beneficial prices for our TPs and customers
- Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (TPs recruited and on-boarded) and ethics (selling in the right way)
- Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture. This is a busy role and we know its important to create those moments to light the mood and have a laugh - the whole team plays their part in supporting each other

We support flexible and hybrid working wherever possible but some roles remain fully office based. Please note - Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyones situation is unique and are open to conversations around the working patterns.
