What You'll Bring
- In this role, you will lead coordination of all public relations and analyst relations scheduling and research of top media outlets/analyst organizations.
- The Specialist I also will support reporting, measurement and invoicing activities.
- Your Bachelors degree in communications or journalism preferred with at least 1-2 years experience at a PR agency or in a corporate communications setting.
- Proficiency in public relations activities from either an agency or corporate setting.
- Creativity, flexibility and initiative.
- Basic knowledge of brand fundamentals and principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability and initiative to accept delegated responsibility.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with analyst relations activities, including analyst briefings and inquiries.
- Experience handling multiple projects with varying and changing due dates and requirements. Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Knowledge of software applications used by our groups (typically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Twitter, LinkedIn, Rally, Salesforce and Workfront).
An organized individual who is interested in working on varying projects to support a global public relations/analyst relations strategy.
