We are an established golf-tourism company looking for a travel assistant to work alongside one of our senior consultants.
Job requirements:
- A suitable candidate would need to be able to make booking requests and manage bookings with suppliers
- Schedule payments and flag cancellation periods
- Submit payments to the accounting department
- Produce travel vouchers and detailed itineraries
- Liaise between the client and suppliers to ensure that all parties have relevant information
- Strong organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication
- An ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and an ability to learn new software skills
- This is a work-from-home job but successful candidates would be expected to spend some time doing training at our offices in Cape Town
