In this role, you will employ techniques and tools to achieve and exceed sales targets for Travelstart's awesome products while helping customers book their travels. You will also increase sales and revenue daily through telephone, email and chat requests.
Requirements
- Min of 5yrs travel sales experience
- Proficient in GDS (Amadeus) would be advantageous
- Top-quality Customer Service
- Self-confident and an ability to close sales
- Be proactive and have a positive approach
- Goal-orientated and target-driven
- Must have previously worked in a commission-based role
- Min qualification of Matric/NQF4 or equivalent
- Tertiary travel qualification would be beneficial
