Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying leads through platforms such as sales force, professional networking and face-to-face interaction in order to win new business that is sustainable over a long period of time. The BDM must acquire new business in accordance with targets set out by the business

As our newest Business Development manager, your stellar B2B sales track record (minimum 2 years' experience) & entrepreneurial spirit will enable you to do what it takes to get the right results. You will bring your vibrant personality, exuberant drive, impressive business acumen and interest in travel to arguably the most fun sales team in South Africa. With spicy HOT leads, all the latest sales tech, in-demand, market-leading corporate travel solutions that SMEs actually need & want, a quick sales cycle and a pipeline ready for you to jump in, convert and grow to its full potential youll be raking in the commission within just a few months.

Experience

Job Requirements
  • 6-8 years sales, business or customer relationship experience
  • Min 3 years B2B experience
  • 12 years C-Level engagement
  • Proven track record in achieving target
  • Experience in solution selling advantageous
  • Travel industry experience advantageous
  • Exposure to key GDP growth markets advantageous
