Position Summary: Assists administrators, teachers, counselors, and other professionals with implementation of strategically aligned programs and interventions designed to increase student engagement and positive participation in an academic program. Trains and serves as a mentor to Behavior Intervention Specialists.

Salary: $28.11 to $37.15 per hour in 9 annual steps.

Hours: 6 hours/day; 5 days/week

Experience And Education
The position requires an Associates degree in a behavioral or social science, education, or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible experience with a community based social services and behaviorally at-risk students with attendance problems. A
Bachelors degree is preferred and will substitute for some experience. The position
requires demonstration of proficiency in translation and interpretation.
Licenses and Certifications
Requires a valid drivers license. May require a valid first aid card.
