Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical support and training to staff and customers
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system improvements
- Data comparisons, investigating and resolving error reports
- User and system setup
- Liaison with clients on system queries
- Exporting and sending data to relevant parties
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of system administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
- NQF5 will be advantageous
