Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately type and enter data from various sources into databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Perform data backup and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and support the team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk, with a high typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional qualifications in data management or related fields being advantageous.
