Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. As the International Operations (IO) Business Office and Assistant, you will be responsible for the following activities but not limited to.
Responsibilities And Duties
Develop, coordinate, and maintain all internal governances within International Operations and their connections to other forums within UD Trucks.
Coordinate the Mid-term Strategic planning activities within IO which is aligned and supports the overall UD Trucks Operations Strategic direction.
Coordinate and consolidate all reporting requirements within IO this includes IO Monthly Operations and Logistics BRM Report, IO Weekly Performance Dialogue Report, Pretoria Operations BRM Report, Pretoria Operations Weekly PD Report, Quality Committee Material as required.
Coordinate the financial estimate process within IO, by planning for E5 and E11 activities in advance of requirements.
Coordinate all Audits i.e. ISO, UDPS and Financial Audits.
Create a big data approach by developing a smart and modern approach to data collection and visualization within IO
Coordinate and plan all travel requirements and approvals within IO, following UDT Operations approval processes.
Coordinate Pretoria Operations management team.
Support the Pretoria Operations management team as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Formal business administration education would be desirable.
Analytical skills
Planning and strategic skills
Engineering and Technical Knowledge
