Position Overview:
We are a leading fintech company in search of an energetic UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting user experiences. This role will contribute to the entire design process, from research to refining interfaces, ensuring our users enjoy seamless interactions with our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in designing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a focus on user-centric solutions.
- Assist in the development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design comps.
- Ensure designs align with company branding and user experience objectives.
- Participate in user research initiatives to understand user needs, validate design choices, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Help interpret research data to inform design decisions.
- Engage with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to bring designs to fruition.
- Provide design assets and guidance to developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Contribute to creating process flows, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
Qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience in UI/UX design. Experience in the fintech or regtech industry is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma. Familiarity with other design tools will be advantageous.
- Effective communication skills, with the capability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
- A team player attitude, eager to collaborate and contribute in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work productively in an agile/scrum setup.
