LIONHEART Marketing is looking for vibrant, energetic and passionate sales assistants for one of their instore clients. As a sales assistant, you will be providing first-class sales by answering any questions the customers may have about a product or service, act as a liaison between the customer and the client and act as an expert in selling goods and services that meet customer needs and their desires.
Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant:
*Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
*Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
*Adhere to all company policies and procedures
*Make sales appointments for clients
*Team up with other employees to make sure that the product is available and shoppable in stores
*Follow ups with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the product/service.
*Understand how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends.
