Be fluent in English
Must have formal training and relevant qualifications
Experience in stock control, ordering and staff training beneficial
Basic HACCP, Excel and Word
Candidate must be able to cook and be hands on, on all sections of kitchen operations
Minimum 5 years experience in similar rolein high volume and fast paced kitchen
Must have reliable and contactable references
